ABICON is Baku based architecture, urban planning and constructor office established in 2017 by Amin Seyfullayev. Founder of ABICON has more than 15 years of experience in the local market with focus on conceptual design, construction projects and execution, supervision, urban and landscape design. Gabala Golf Villas

Client: Palas Inshaat LLC

Scope: detailed project, author supervision and construction.

The project is located in Gabala city — one of the main touristic spots of Azerbaijan. It is designed to ensure comfort and feel of quiet rural living at the same time. Landscape, being an important part of the project, complements the concept and makes it an integral part of the environment. The whole complex consists of 72 villas, fully designed, supervised and executed by our office.

Residential Complex in Nakhchivan city

Client: Cahan Holding

Scope: conceptual planning, detailed planning, construction project, MEP, follow-up at expertise stage.

Residential complex consists of 11 buildings with total living area of 10000 m2. The project location fits with the city planning. Apart from offering new living areas, the complex serves as a boosting element for the particular district. Commercial spaces and parking lots are integrated to the project, considering relevant local norms and trending urban principles.

Bridge Project in Nakchivan city

Scope: detailed design and supervision.

The bridge is a special project, featuring skills and experience of the engineers and road specialists from our office. Sustainable construction, visually nice design and affordable cost — all of these elements have played decisive role for the bid selection.

Residential Complex in Nakhchivan city

Another residential project in Nakhchivan city. Main principles, used in previous projects, applied here alongside unique elements in exterior and landscape design. Special attention is being paid to easy pedestrian access and inclusive urban environment approaches.

The Reges Park, White City

Client: Cahan Holding

Scope: interior visualization, shop drawing, renovation budget report, execution of renovation.

The Reges Park premium residential complex is located in the Fountain Square area, which is the center of the Baku White City project. The area is designed as a series of 7-storey residential complexes connected by a pedestrian bridge with a shopping and entertainment center on the Seaside Boulevard. The convenient location of the complex provides easy access to Nobel Avenue, which allows easy access to the historic city center and Heydar Aliyev International Airport. Our office has completed renovation of 66 apartment within this elite living area.

Modern Residential Complex In Nakhchivan

Scope: conceptual planning, detailed planning.

The complex embraces 8 ha with 12 buildings and more than 14 000 m2 living area. Concept is currently under review.

Private house with modern interior and nice garden. All requirements of the client regarding functionality have been successfully implemented.

Limestone villa project, with modern and traditional architectural elements. Material selection has made its contribution to the soul of the concept.

Secondary school for 800 pupils in Imishly city

Client: Imishly District Executive Power

Scope: conceptual planning, detailed planning, construction project, MEP, follow-up at expertise stage.

All design works were provided in accordance with the rules and regulations applicable to the educational institutions. Client was fully advised on material selection, while local climate conditions was taken into consideration.

Secondary school for 420 pupils in Hasansu village, Aghstafa district

Client: Aghstafa District Executive Power

Scope: conceptual planning, detailed planning, construction project, MEP, follow-up at expertise stage.

The rules and regulations applicable to the educational institutions was fully applied through the whole process. The area of the building was distributed properly for all necessary facilities. Cost calculation was made considering specific logistic conditions of the location, optimal and real solutions were provided to the client in terms of material use.
